The Digital Scriptorium is an image database of medieval and renaissance manuscripts, intended to unite scattered resources from many institutions into an international tool for teaching and scholarly research.
The CERL Manuscripts Portal currently gives access to part of the database, that is, the 2,000 records containing detailed information on and high-quality images of medieval and renaissance manuscripts from Columbia University, New York.
To see the current number of records harvested in the CERL Portal from this database, select the database and write 'manuscript:true' in any of the search boxes and press Search: the current number of records will be returned.
The full database may be accessed at http://bancroft.berkeley.edu/digitalscriptorium/
