The Nuova Biblioteca Manoscritta is the online catalogue which has been produced as part of a project to catalogue the manuscripts conserved in libraries in the Veneto region, as well as the name of the software system developed to describe these manuscripts. NBM provides information on the libraries that take part in the project, and material for manuscript consultation and research. NBM is promoted and funded by the Regione del Veneto, together with the Ca' Foscari University in Venice, Dipartimento di Scienze dell'Antichità e del Vicino Oriente.
